Here's a rundown of the unofficial results in contested races, according to the county Board of Elections:
Harrison
Pasquale G. Gizzo led Patricia A O'callaghan for the Republican and Conservative ballot lines for Harrison town/village justice.
They also were unofficially tied with 26 votes apiece for the Independence Party ballot line.
Greenburgh
In the Democratic Party primary, Incumbent Town Clerk Judith A. Beville was leading Maria J. Portilla by about 52 to 48 percent, according to unofficial results.
In the Democratic primary race for Town Council, incumbent S. Ken Jones and Gina R. Jackson were leading Eric Zinger in a three-way race for two ballot spots.
Mount Vernon
In the Democratic mayoral primary, Shawyn Patterson-Howard was leading Mayor Richard Thomas by an unofficial margin of about 200 votes. Trailing were two other candidates, Clyde A Isley and Andre Wallace. A win in November's general election in the heavily Democratic city would make Patterson-Howard the first woman elected mayor of Mount Vernon.
In the City Council primary race incumbent Lisa A. Copeland, Derrick Thompson and Yuhamma J. Edwards led the field of seven Democratic Party candidates seeking the two open seats. Copeland led, according to unofficial results, with Edwards and Thompson vying for the second ballot spot. Trailing were Joyce Brown, Hope Marable, Jamie R. Pessin and Danielle Scholar.
New Rochelle (Democratic Party Primary)
For the Council District 3 seat, Yadira Ramos-Herbert was leading David Peters by an unofficial vote of 56 to 44 percent.
For the Council District 6 seat, Elizabeth M. Fried led Shari Rackman by 75 to 25 percent of the unofficial vote.
White Plains
In the Common Council primary race for three ballot spots, Democratic incumbent Nadine Hunt-Robinson was the leader with 29 percent of the unofficial votes. Democrats Victoria Presser and Jennifer Puja each had about 27 percent of all votes for the other two spots. Kat Brezler trailed the others.
Yonkers
Democratic Mayor Mike Spano defeated party challengers Karen Beltran and Ivy Reeves. See more Daily Voice coverage by clicking here. Spano is running for a third term as mayor.
In Yonkers City Council primaries incumbent Democrat Shanae V. Williams defeated Terence Miller in District 1. Tasha Diaz won a three-way primary for District 2 against Dennis M. Robertson and Olasubomi Macaulay.
County Court Judge
Four Democratic Party candidates ran for two Westchester County Court Judge spots on the Nov. 5 ballot. Melissa A. Loehr and Robert J. Prisco led the other two Democrats, Alexander Eisemann and Michael L. Tawil.
Loehr received more than 17,100 votes countywide (35 percent) to Prisco's 12,018 votes (25 percent) in unofficial returns. The losing candidates each received about 9,600 votes -- or 20 percent apiece.
Prisco and Chris W. McClure were leading Tawil in a three-way primary race for two Independence Party ballot lines in the November general election.
County Legislature District 17
Jose I Alvarado led the other two Democratic Party candidates for a seat on the county Board of Legislators representing Yonkers. Trailing, according to unofficial results were London Reyes and Lucy Moreno-Casanova.
